If you must cancel a reservation for any reason, we offer a full 100% refund (less credit card payment fees, if any) if cancelled prior to thirty days of your scheduled arrival date. (Unless otherwise noted at time of purchase due to promotional detail.) If you must cancel confirmed reservations within thirty days of your originally scheduled arrival date we will be happy to reschedule your services for any date within 12 months of your original arrival date. Diving packages are special discounted rates.

We can not refund money on unused dives or dive packages. We will happily issue you a credit valid for one year from package purchase date. We can NOT refund reservations cancelled within thirty days of scheduled arrival or after shipping of products. If you have ordered goods or products from us you may cancel prior to shipping for a full refund (less credit card fees, if any).
